How can I check my reward shipping status?
If you've already filled out the reward claim form, you'll receive a notification in the chat-bot and via email with the tracking number once your reward has been shipped. Our team needs some time to process applications, so the expected wait time for rewards is approximately 7-14 days from when you submit your application.
If more time has passed since you submitted your application and you still haven't received a tracking notification, please contact our manager—we'll definitely help!
