Here are 3 conditions which you have to meet in order to get the reward:
Your subscription must be active to participate in the reward program;
Your subscription amount must correspond to one of the reward levels;
The total amount of your support must equal or exceed two subscription payments.
Currently the rewards are available only for subscriptions in UAH with delivery within Ukraine.
