To claim a reward, you need to meet these 3 conditions:

• Your subscription must be active to participate in the rewards program
• Your subscription amount must match one of the reward tiers
• Your total contribution must equal or exceed 2 payments at your subscription amount

Once these conditions are met, you'll receive an email notification that a reward is available to you. You'll need to log into your profile and then fill out the reward claim form in thе STRUM commuity chat-bot. Our team will receive your details and send out your reward—it's our way of saying "thank you" for being with us!
