Financial & Procurement Report — February 2026
Friends, here is our second report of 2026 — covering February.
Thanks to you, we grew our support in February — raised more funds and ran larger procurement than before. 866 new members joined us this month — welcome to each of them in a community that keeps the Azov Brigade continuously supplied with critical equipment.
As in previous months, most unit requests centered on unmanned systems — components for FPV drones and UGVs in particular. The pace at which UGVs are being used for logistics and strikes keeps growing month over month. Every STRUM subscriber's contribution directly supports the units at the forefront of how automated systems are reshaping the battlefield.
Let's get to the numbers.
Funds raised
As mentioned, in February, the STRUM community grew its support — $97,607 reached AZOV.ONE accounts through monthly subscriptions.

Thank you for your steady support — your recurring contribution converts directly into the equipment and materiel our combat units need.
Procurement
Over the course of February, through subscription revenue we fulfilled requests from four brigade units totaling $131,340.

This exceeds the funds raised in the same period — made possible by the buffer we've built up over previous months.
Here's how the funds broke down across units:
Unmanned Systems Battalion
We fulfilled two large-scale battalion requests — each covering more than 30 equipment line items.
First request — $51,206.
Through this procurement, STRUM subscribers supplied the unit with:
- Drone payload delivery systems — 80 units
- Antennas (patch, horn, helix, directional) — 81 units
- Transmitters (TX, VTX) and communication modules — 53 units
- Receivers (RX, VRX) — 60 units
- Propellers — 83 units
- Starlink terminals — 11 units
- Raspberry Pi compute modules — 35 units
- Flight controllers — 20 units
- IP cameras — 20 units
- Wi-Fi amplifiers — 20 units
- Power modules and regulators — 25 units
- GPS modules — 10 units
- Network switches — 10 units
- Thermal cameras — 5 units
- Optical stabilization modules — 5 units
- FPV cameras — 2 units
- Chargers and power stations — 6 units
- Video capture boards — 6 units
- Pan-tilt mechanisms — 2 units
- Telescopic masts — 2 units
- Generator — 1 unit

Second request — related nomenclature to support the battalion's workshop operations.
$39,929 worth of equipment was purchased and delivered:
- IP cameras — 44 units
- Thermal cameras — 11 units
- Bi-spectral thermal cameras — 5 units
- FPV cameras — 5 units
- Video transmitters (VTX) — 30 units
- Video receivers (VRX) — 35 units
- Control transmitters (TX) — 25 units
- Patch antennas — 29 units
- Directional antennas — 3 units
- Flight controllers — 21 units
- GPS and navigation modules — 26 units
- Raspberry Pi compute modules — 18 units
- Batteries — 60 units
- Power converters — 15 units
- Starlink terminals — 8 units
- Pan-tilt mechanisms — 3 units
- Remote controllers — 2 units
- Cables — 3 units

Consistent component deliveries for FPV and UGV systems allow the Unmanned Systems Battalion crews to work effectively: methodically locating and eliminating enemy forces, and carrying out critical logistics missions.
A clear example is the battalion's strike compilation for February 2026. Your recurring contribution is part of this work. The battalion crews and the entire AZOV.ONE team thank you for being part of it.

1st Special Purpose Battalion
We fulfilled the 1st Battalion's request for Starlink terminals and reconnaissance drones — $27,293:
- Starlink Gen 3 — 15 units, $5,893
- DJI Matrice 30T — 4 units, $21,400
Starlinks and thermal drones are consumables — and the need for them only grows as the war continues. Regular deliveries, including through STRUM, keep communication and observation running without interruption on the front line.

2nd Special Purpose Battalion
We fulfilled the unit's request for anti-thermal imaging suits — 22 units, $9,414:
- Poncho-type suits — 14 units, 199,500 UAH ($4,641)
- Anorak-type suits — 8 units, 205,200 UAH ($4,773)
This gear gives fighters a meaningful layer of protection in conditions where enemy thermal drones are conducting both reconnaissance and strikes. STRUM subscribers make it possible to respond to urgent requests like this — where the smallest details can make a difference in survival on the modern battlefield.

Unmanned Systems Service
We fulfilled the Service's request for various components and consumables — total $3,500:
- IP cameras — 10 units
- FPV drone batteries — 5 units
- Raspberry Pi compute modules — 5 units
- Shock-resistant cases — 5 units
- Managed switches — 5 units
- Memory cards — 5 units
- Additional hardware: cable, switches, connectors, and magnets.

That concludes the procurement section of this report. Thank you to everyone who stays with us. Your regular support keeps our units equipped with the gear that lets our fighters protect lives and hold the line against advancing enemy forces. In a war where tactics shift every two to three months, the buffer built through subscriptions lets us move faster on new solutions and maintain an edge over the enemy. Don't stop now.
