Financial & Procurement Report — January 2026
Friends, here's our report for the first month of 2026.
Winter was hard — on the front, in the rear, for everyone. But we made it through, together. Throughout this time, the enemy struck at energy infrastructure and logistics, trying to destabilize society. It didn't get what it was counting on — and behind that outcome are the immense efforts of our soldiers, critical infrastructure workers, and emergency responders, who held the situation under control on both sides of the front.
Thanks to your subscriptions, we spent all of January closing unit requests without delay. Alongside UAV components, this month we focused heavily on ground robotic systems (GRS) and keeping them operational — these systems have become indispensable on the battlefield, and their availability and working condition are non-negotiable.
Funds Raised
The STRUM network keeps growing — $96,055 acquired through monthly subscriptions in January 2026.

Thank you to every subscriber for your steady support — your monthly contribution goes directly toward gear and equipment for combat units.
Procurement
In January, using subscription revenue, we fulfilled requests from five brigade units totaling $78,177.

Here's how these funds were distributed across unit requests:
Unmanned Systems Battalion
We fulfilled the battalion's large request covering 30+ items of equipment and components — $37,406.
STRUM subscribers equipped the unit with:
- HereLink receivers — 10 units
- Remote controllers — 10 units
- Transmitters and communication modules — 50 units
- Video receivers — 25 units
- Patch antennas — 35 units
- Flight controllers — 31 units
- Computing modules — 36 units
- FPV cameras — 5 units
- Thermal imaging cameras — 5 units
- IP cameras — 42 units
- Network switches — 21 units
- Encryption devices — 20 units
- GPS modules — 21 units
- Chargers and power converters — 21 units
- Propellers — 80 units
- Signal detectors — 2 units
These deliveries keep the battalion's drone crews and repair workshops running continuously.

As part of this request, we also procured and delivered spare parts and components for GRS: wheels (10 units), wheel hubs (21 units), and chargers (10 units). This will allow the unit to repair the "steel couriers" that sustained damage during missions, keeping them available for critical logistics tasks on the front.

Brigade's UAS Service
We fulfilled the request for TARGUN 200 unmanned ground robotic systems — 2 units, $15,218.
TARGUN 200 is a domestically produced ground robotic system built for logistics missions in hazardous conditions: payload capacity up to 200 kg and a range of up to 20 km.

Special Reconnaissance Unit
We fulfilled the unit's request for Class 3 armor plates — 70 units, $11,177.
Class 3 armor plates are a core element of individual protection, combining reliable ballistic coverage against flanking fire with the mobility required in combat.

Support Battalion
We fulfilled the battalion's request for autonomous power systems: LiFePO4 lithium batteries with a 10.24 kWh capacity (3 units) and 8 kW hybrid inverters (3 units) — $10,576.
Reliable power at positions and deployment points means uninterrupted communications, charged equipment, and independence from the external grid. STRUM subscription = uninterrupted power.

Anti-Aircraft Rocket-Artillery Division
We fulfilled the unit's request for tri-band signal boosters for quadcopters and adapters — 5 kits, $3,800.
Signal boosters extend drone control range and stabilize communications — critical during reconnaissance and strike operations.

Thank you to everyone staying with us.
Winter is behind us — but we know that keeping up support isn't easy right now. Economic pressure is real, and feeling worn out after months of strain is completely understandable. So a special thank you to everyone who hasn't stopped supporting us no matter where you are — in Ukraine or abroad. Your contribution doesn't disappear: month after month, it turns into equipment, protection, and combat readiness for the brigade. That's what uninterrupted power looks like.
We're preparing some updates and new opportunities for STRUM subscribers — announcements coming soon. Stay with us.
