Financial and procurement report for November & December 2025

Friends, today we're reporting on two productive months of STRUM's operations — November and December. The end of the year was incredibly busy for us, so this time we're presenting results for this period, but we're doing it in our usual format: breaking down how much we raised and how much we spent — and most importantly, on what.

Funds Raised

STRUM and the community around it continue to grow steadily, as the numbers show: $179,199 raised through subscriptions in November ($88,169) and December ($91,030).

Thank you to every new subscriber, as well as those who stay with us month after month: you are the kind of reliable rear we can count on.

Procurements

Now for the even more interesting part — procurements.

Over the past two months, we were able to fulfill requests from six different brigade units using subscription funds, totaling $131,485

Here's the structure and breakdown of these procurements:

Unmanned Systems Battalion

Fulfilled a major request for components and equipment from the Unmanned Systems Battalion — over 30 items of equipment — $36,940

  • ESP32 modules — 60 units
  • ARIADNA communication system: receivers and transmitters — 20 units
  • Starlink mini — 10 units
  • Teltonika network switches — 15 units
  • Horn antennas — 8 units
  • Patch antennas — 10 units
  • Antennas for Motorola radios — 12 units
  • Helix antennas — 10 units
  • Universal external antenna modules — 2 units
  • Uniview cameras — 15 units
  • TBS Fusion and RushFPV video receivers — 30 units
  • Hawkeye FPV monitors — 5 units
  • Skyzone FPV goggles — 1 unit
  • HOTA chargers — 6 units
  • ToolkitRC power supplies — 6 units
  • Samsung battery cells — 1,400 units
  • MATEK power distribution controllers — 60 units
  • Raspberry Pi Zero — 30 units
  • Raspberry Pi compute modules — 15 units
  • Raspberry Pi expansion boards — 15 units
  • Masts — 3 units
  • Propeller sets — 30 units
  • EMAX servos — 40 units
  • SpeedyBee flight controllers — 2 units
  • HereLink receivers — 6 units
  • RadioMaster controllers — 6 units
  • Microscopes — 4 units

Thanks to these deliveries, we can ensure uninterrupted operation of the battalion's crews and workshops, which directly impacts the unit's ability to carry out its combat missions of reconnaissance, logistics, and striking enemy personnel and equipment.

Also fulfilled another request for the Unmanned Systems Battalion for generators (10 units) and Starlink mini systems (20 units) — $13,865

Starlinks = stable communication. Generators = stable power. STRUM subscribers = stable support for Azov.

2nd Battalion

Another substantial request for components and equipment came from the Unmanned Systems Company of the 2nd Battalion — $30,895

STRUM subscribers provided the unit with this equipment:

  • ACASOM external antennas — 8 units
  • Patch antennas — 10 units
  • Helix antennas — 5 units
  • Antenna repeaters — 2 units
  • Skyzone FPV goggles — 4 units
  • Video receivers — 20 units
  • FPV cameras — 10 units
  • Hawkeye FPV monitors — 5 units
  • Emax transmitters — 10 units
  • RadioMaster transmitters — 10 units
  • MATEK flight controllers — 10 units
  • ImmersionRC power meters — 2 units
  • AGM thermal imaging devices — 5 units

This equipment will enable Azov's FPV pilots to work with quality technology and maximize successful strikes. The provided equipment helps at all stages of mission preparation and execution — from establishing communication to successfully transmitting video from the drone's transmitter at the moment of approach to the target.

Brigade’s UAS Service

Fulfilled a request from the Brigade’s UAS Service for fiber optic — $23,712 — delivered 70 spools of fiber optic cable.

We think it's unnecessary to explain why fiber optic is needed on the front lines right now — you understand everything yourselves.

6th Battalion

A separate request from the 6th Battalion concerned armor blankets — essential individual equipment that provides protection from shrapnel. We purchased 25 class 1 armor blankets for $11,120

Medical Company

Helped provide combat medics with individual tactical equipment.

STRUM subscribers fulfilled a Medical Company request for $8,872

  • Tactical blocks with laser designators — 2 units
  • Weapon-mounted lights — 5 units
  • Tactical flashlights — 6 units
  • Sight sets — 4 units
  • Suppressors — 4 units
  • Active headphones — 4 units

Brigade Artillery Group

Finally — fulfilled a request from the Brigade Artillery Group for Chuyka 3.0 drone detectors (10 units) — $6,081

Drone detectors allow the detection of radio-controlled drones within range and intercept their video feed to determine if the drone is hostile. In this era of war with constant enemy drone attacks on our logistics routes, detectors are an essential support tool.

Thank you to everyone who remains in the support network and doesn't weaken it, despite the enemy's constant attempts to destabilize the situation in our rear. Let's remember: lacking significant success on the battlefield, the treacherous enemy will strike at the most painful points of our society and continue its campaign of terror.

Our mission is to continue holding back constant attempts to seize our lands, strike back, strengthen our own capabilities, and help those who need the greatest support.
