Financial and procurement report for September 2025

A difficult time approaches for the Ukrainian home front — as the cold season arrives, enemy strikes on energy infrastructure intensify. Along with our lives under constant threat, the conditions for normal functioning within cities will also be at risk. In these moments, we must remember that lack of even basic comfort and regular danger are the everyday realities of those working on the front lines.

Mutual support is what will help us overcome the challenges designed to divide and ultimately destroy us. We're proud of our conscious community that understands this and continues to grow rather than shrink: in September, our network gained 535 new subscribers.

September fundraising

Here's September by the numbers:

Subscription income raised $81,046.

Every additional dollar allows us to provide Azov units with equipment and technology that are already in short supply.

Procurements update:

Total procurement spending: $43,283.

Funds from STRUM's general account were allocated as follows:

$16,493 went toward purchasing components for the Unmanned Systems Battalion, including:

— Receivers for strike FPV drones – 500 units

— Video transmitters for strike FPV drones – 100 units

— Antennas for strike FPV drones – 100 units

We continue actively strengthening Azov's Unmanned Systems Battalion capabilities, as strike UAVs are the most effective way to destroy valuable enemy equipment and eliminate personnel from a distance.

A steady supply of FPV drones and quality components is a technological advantage that, multiplied by our battalion operators' skills and experience, reduces risks for our fighters while inflicting significant damage on the enemy.

$4,525 was spent fulfilling a request from the same battalion's Electronic Reconnaissance Company:

— Headphones – 4 units

— Workstation – 1 unit

— Inverter generators – 2 units

— Raspberry Pi microcomputers – 4 units

The new equipment will help accelerate their work and ease daily tasks.

Components for quadcopters worth $14,019 were purchased for the brigade's Special Forces Reconnaissance Unit:

— DJI Mavic 3 propellers – 75 units

— DJI Matrice 4 propellers – 75 units

— DJI Matrice 4 batteries – 25 units

— DJI Mavic 3 batteries and charging devices – 9 sets

Mavics and Matrices have firmly established themselves as indispensable tools for successful reconnaissance on the modern battlefield. Ensuring their continuous operation in the air is key to constant enemy force detection.

The First Special Forces Battalion's request also concerned components for reconnaissance drones. $8,246 was allocated to fulfill this need:

— DJI Matrice 4 batteries – 40 units

Seeing your sector from above means controlling every movement within it. And seeing it continuously means giving the enemy no opportunity to approach.

Unity and support are what help Azov fighters endure the trials they face daily — often without the basic comforts we take for granted on the home front. As a community, we should embrace these principles to handle the challenges of the coming months and maintain the support on which our shared fate depends.
